Live Education Program: Why Get a Flu Vaccine?

The same team we partnered with on an IPF video education program is pleased to invite you to a new program about influenza (flu) and flu vaccine, created in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 2:30 - 3:00 PM ET.

While most people who get the flu have mild symptoms, some people – including older adults and people with certain chronic medical conditions – are more likely to develop serious flu complications. By joining this program, you can:

Engage directly with members of the CDC, and ask your questions in advance
Understand who is most at-risk of serious complications, and
Get an update about this year’s flu season right directly from the CDC
