Peer To Peer Support

The ILD Collaborative peer-to-peer program connects newly diagnosed patients and their families with other patients and caregivers who are living with interstitial lung diseases and volunteer on our program. We sponsor local community events at different locations to strengthen community ties and introduce new patients to local resources and support in their own communities, ranging from social to clinical services. 

If you or your loved one is newly diagnosed with an interstitial lung disease and would like to meet other patients or families near you, please fill out the form below, and will facilitate an introduction to a volunteer patient family.
