SEMC ILD Clinic
St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center is a teaching affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine and serves as the tertiary care center for Steward Health Care – a network of 10 community hospitals throughout eastern Massachusetts. The ILD Center at St. Elizabeth’s is led by Dr. Peter LaCamera, Chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts. Dr. LaCamera completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship training in the Harvard Medical School combined program, followed by a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Center for Immunology and Inflammatory Diseases at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. LaCamera subsequently joined the faculty at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center before transitioning to St. Elizabeth’s in 2011. The ILD Center at St. Elizabeth’s participates in IPF clinical trials and the clinical research team is made up of individuals with many years of experience including Mr. Arthur Dea, CCRP.
