Jillian Lokere MS

Jillian Lokere, MS, is an independent science and medical writer with over 15 years' experience working with clients from across the globe. She is skilled in communicating complex scientific and medical ideas in a meaningful and engaging way to both lay and professional audiences. Jillian holds a master's degree in biomedical science and genetics from Harvard University and a bachelor's degree in biological science from Stanford University. In addition, Jillian conducted two years of doctoral-level research in the Department of Genetics as part of Harvard's Biological and Biomedical Sciences program. She is the author of Genetics: Unlocking the Secrets of Life (History of Science). She lives in the Boston area with her three children.
